  1. Debt redemption assistance expenses, paid by the Australian Office of Financial Management to the states and territories under the Financial Agreement Act 1994, have been reclassified from the financial and fiscal affairs sub-function (general public services function) to the debt assistance sub-function (other purposes function).
  2. Asset sale related expenses are now treated as a component of the contingency reserve.
