Purchasing the 2006-07 Budget documents

This year the budget documents will be available for sale and collection from the CanPrint Communications Pty Ltd (CanPrint) shopfront in Canberra from 7.30 pm AEST, 9 May 2006, and from the New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania, Victoria, and Western Australia shopfronts during business hours on 10 May 2006.

Consistent with previous years the budget documents will be available online on the central budget website at www.budget.gov.au from 7.30 pm AEST on budget night. The budget documents will also be available from the Australian Parliament House, National Library of Australia, Australian Taxation Office and Department of Finance and Administration websites.

There are a number of options available to pre-order and/or purchase the budget documents:

1. Phone your order through to CanPrint Communications Pty Ltd using the Toll Free 1300 889 873 number, or phone your order through to any of the state shopfronts.
2. Fax your order through to CanPrint Communications Pty Ltd on (02) 6293 8333 or to any of the state shopfronts.
3. Mail your order to CanPrint Communications Pty Ltd, PO Box 7456, Canberra MC 2610, or to the nearest state shopfront. The budget documents ordered through CanPrint Communications Pty Ltd and state shopfronts can be posted to your business or home address.

   Mailing of the budget documents will commence Wednesday, 10 May 2006.

   Canprint Communications Pty Ltd’s domestic postage and handling costs are $7.00 for the individual budget documents and $12.00 for sets. Please contact the state shopfronts for their local postage and handling rates.

4. Purchase your budget documents at the CanPrint Communications Pty Ltd Shopfront or any of the state shopfronts.

The details of the Ministerial Statements and titles will not be available until 7.30 pm AEST on Tuesday, 9 May 2006.
