The Government will provide $33.8 million over three years for the fit‑out of the ANZAC Park West building and the completion of external and base building works. This building will be leased to an Australian Government agency or agencies on completion.
This is part of the Government's plan to make better use of existing Commonwealth accommodation assets.

The Government will provide funding of $2.4 million to enable ComSuper to complete tasks required to implement changes to the Australian Government superannuation schemes that commenced on 1 July 2007. The funding relates to tasks required to be completed for defined benefit schemes following the finalisation of the relevant regulations.
Funding of $6.0 million for Better Super was initially provided to ComSuper in the 2006‑07 Additional Estimates.
